A.You should expect to receive your fully edited images within 1 week of your session, so you can start enjoying and sharing your memories right away! However, if something prevents me from being able to deliver your gallery within that timeframe, I will let you know!

A.The number of edited images depends on your session:

Mini: 5+ images
Pup Portraits: 5+ images
Couples: 10+ images
Individual / Senior: 15+ images
Family: 10+ images

These are the minimum number of photos you’ll receive, and every image is carefully edited to capture the real moments and personality from your session.

A.Absolutely! Your dog’s comfort is my top priority, so I always move at their pace and let them warm up in their own time. I previously worked in a shelter, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all behaviors and backgrounds. As long as we can proceed safely and keep your dog’s wellbeing in mind, I’ll create a relaxed, stress-free session that captures their true personality.

A.I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date that works for both of us.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund, as time has already been reserved for your session.

Weather & Safety: For outdoor sessions, we may need to adjust the date in case of poor weather or safety concerns. Your session will be fully rescheduled at no additional cost.

My goal is to make your experience as stress-free as possible, so communication is key. I appreciate your understanding and will work with you to ensure your session happens under the best possible circumstances.

A.A session deposit of $10–$25, depending on the session type, is required to reserve your date. It’s applied to your total cost, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your session before shooting begins.

A.I currently only accept cash and Venmo as forms of payment. All payments must be completed on the day of your session before shooting begins.

A.I’m based in Arkport, NY, and I do travel for sessions. Travel outside of the Arkport area may include a travel fee, depending on distance. Feel free to reach out with your location, and I’ll be happy to provide details.
