To reserve your date and time, a session deposit is required. This will range from $10-$25 based on the type of session. This deposit is applied toward your total session cost and the remaining balance is due on the day of your session, before shooting begins. Your deposit ensures your memories are prioritized and your session is planned just for you.
Sessions within 15 miles of Arkport, NY do not require a travel fee. For locations 15–30 miles away, a $15 travel fee applies, and for sessions 30–45 miles away, the fee is $30. For locations beyond 45 miles, travel fees will be discussed based on distance. Any applicable travel fee will always be confirmed before booking, so everything is clear and comfortable ahead of time.
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will set up a new date. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund. For outdoor sessions, we’ll adjust the date if weather or safety is a concern—always at no extra cost.
